Basic Web Site

Our basic web sites are coded in html and css. They include the following:

  • New Custom Design - you are given several options to get ideas from and then the layout is designed from scratch
  • Uses modern coding for efficient paging
  • Search engine friendly - tags are put into the code for better search engine access
  • Includes up to 20 pages*
  • Within the 20 pages is a contact page with an online contact form for users to enter information and it sends an email to you for more information
  • All web sites require 50% up front unless negotiated otherwise

* If you require more than 20 pages we charge by the hour for the excess at $75 per hour.

Extra Details

General Rules:

  1. All content is to be provided by the customer. Any content required to be created by Witness Design is extra and charged $75 / hour
  2. All quotes for cost and timelines are good for 30 days from date email sent with the quote
  3. Priority Building: Any project requested to be completed in less than 30 days is 33% extra due to timelines and current projects
  4. Advances: All accepted bids require 50% non-refundable deposit up front for work to begin unless negotiated otherwise in advance
